What Is CBD?

Understanding Cannabidiol (CBD)


CBD, or cannabidiol, is one of the primary naturally occurring compounds found in the cannabis plant. It belongs to a group of plant chemicals known as cannabinoids, which interact with the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS).
